The unit is fully renovated and updated with luxury details throughout, including gourmet kitchen with SubZero refrigerator, granite countertops, cork wood floors, and a separately controlled air conditioning unit in each large room. Both showers are custom, modern tile walk in, renovated in 2023 (there is no bath tub).

Main bedroom has a King size bed; second bedroom has Queen size bed, and both have a private, en suite bathroom with shower.
