• Our Beautiful 2nd floor unit has a welcoming entrance with vaulted ceilings and fans that give that open air feeling. As you enter the door, you'll be greeted by a spacious and thoughtfully decorated living area, adorned with island-inspired decor.
• Fully stocked kitchen is ready for you and new furniture for your Lanai dining off the kitchen/living room area.
• Our condo is a renovated unit with a King sized bed, Queen Murphy bed hidden behind a custom wood wall unit. The condo is comfortable for up to 4 guests.
• The condo is less than a 5 minute walk down the common lawn area to the main pool,beautiful resort pavilion with a kitchen, and beach.
• The Ekahi resort also offers 3 other quiet pools on the grounds, one of which is just steps away from the condo.

We enjoy our own condo 1/4 of the year along with several immediate family members who also frequent our slice of paradise! We know you will feel right at home in our beautiful home away from home! We provide paper supplies, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies as well as some basic food supplies and spices. Rates for available dates are lowered for guests who stay 9 days or more along with added discount specials throughout the year.Our daughter Yvette is managing our condo rental and you will be communicating with her!

If you break, damage or remove anything from the home you will be required to replace the item(s). Quiet hours 10PM- 8AM as per community rules. Please do not leave food or beverages on the lanai or in non-eating areas such as bedroom or living room. Being in a tropical climate allows for many unwanted pests! No more than 4 people can occupy the space at a time.   *There are stairs, balconies and glass furniture which is not suitable for children under 2.
  *No party or smoking of any kind in the unit, on patio, or the community grounds - we enforce a fine plus any damage caused if there is any smoke smell or party discovered. The Resort conforms to the State of Hawaii Smoke Free Law
  *Beaches and Critters: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides.  Also, due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii!
  * The Condo is professionally cleaned after every guest.
  Surfaces disinfected and every towel, bed sheet, pillow case, etc are replaced.
  Cleanliness is our top priority!

Upon booking a 2 night deposit is required and balance due 4 weeks before arrival date.We encourage travel insurance for reimbursement of any cancellationIf cancelling within 3 weeks of your check in date there is no refund unless we are able to book your time with another client. For cancellations a 45 day minimum written notification is required for a refund.A personal door code will be given once the balance due is paid with an additional security deposit of $400. Accommodation tax is required with payment.
